Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift certificate sent via email. The gift certificate will be issued for the purchased price of the item(s).
Please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the defective merchandise.
Please include the following in your email:
- Order Number
- Date of Purchase
- Item Number
- Your complete name and shipping address
- Picture of the damaged item
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping fee is non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the conditions below are not met:
- Items have been worn, used, washed and/or altered.
- Items are not returned in original packaging.
- Items do not have original tags.
- Items contain any pet residue (hair, smell, stains, etc.)
- Items returned without a receipt.
- Items returned after 30 days of purchase.
Refunds & Returns will not be made on the following items:

- Special order items
- Seasonal items
- Sale, clearance or discontinued items
- Grooming products
- Pet steps/covers
- health and personal care items
- Gift cards
